Deputy PM Asked China for Marketing of Afghan Products in that Country

KABUL (BNA) The Deputy Prime Minister, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, in a meeting, on Thursday with a China envoy for Afghanistan, asked for the marketing of Afghan products in that country.

In a meeting, issues of mutual interest took to discussion between the two sides according to a statement Mr. Yue Xiaoyang vowed further cooperation with Afghanistan.

Mr. Xiaoyang said that China has demanded the release of Afghanistan’s frozen money at all international conferences.

“We will inspire Chinese investors and companies to invest in Afghanistan,” he added.

He said that China’s flights to Afghanistan will start and we want to increase China’s imports to Afghanistan.

China is interested in investing in infrastructure projects in Afghanistan, and neighboring countries should use the opportunity to invest in Afghanistan, he added.

Deputy Kabir thanked China for its assistance to Afghanistan and granting of visas to Afghan businessmen, and the country’s support for the position of the Islamic Emirate in the Tashkent conference.

Kabir said that the Islamic Emirate respects all Afghan tribes and representatives of all Afghan tribes are present in the cabinet.

Deputy Prime Minister said the Islamic Emirate has internal legitimacy, and it is time for China and other countries to take the step to recognize Islamic Emirate officially.

At the same time, the Deputy PM said the investment opportunities in Afghanistan province, assured the security of Chinese investors and demanded the marketing of Afghan products in China.

He reminded that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to have a peaceful and stable Afghanistan and like to expand its ties with all countries around the world.
