KABUL (BNA) the construction work of the agriculture water supply canal was started on Tuesday in the Faizabad district of the province.
Najibullah Yazdaan Pana in charge of the north zone of the Swedish committee told BNA, that this canal is financially supported by the UNDP organization, with the cooperation of the Swedish committee which is worth $9 million, and one-kilometer length to prevent water waste in that province.
Thousands of Faizabad district civilians will have access to the water of this canal, and they hope the implementation of this canal will reduce their Agriculture water shortage.
