Local sources in Herat province say that Taliban fighters have displayed the body of a young man to the cheers of locals.
In the picture that was provided to Hasht-e Subh on Wednesday (July 27th), it can be seen that the Taliban displayed the body of a young man in the center of Herat city and wrote on the paper that was placed on his body: “The murderer of the Mujahideen has been punished for his deeds.”
The Taliban have previously displayed the bodies of people accused of theft and kidnapping in Herat province.
