Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, deputy spokesman of the Taliban foreign ministry, said that the Taliban foreign minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, headed to Qatar.
In this trip officials of ministry of finance and central bank are accompanying Mr. Muttaqi.
Takal added that the delegation of Taliban will meet officials of the US Department of Treasury and its special representatives for Afghanistan to discuss economic, political, and banking issues.
