Heavy Rainfalls and Hailstones Destroy Agricultural Products in Ghazni
Gardeners in Ghani have reported that due to heavy rainfalls and hailstones in the province, their crops have been severely damaged.
Some gardeners in the center and districts of Khwaja Omari and Dehik Ghazni province reported Thursday that due to the hailstones, their crops including apricots, cherries, and peaches were near ripe are completely destroyed and their apple, plum and grape vines are damaged.
According to farmers and gardeners, the last two days of hailstones were unprecedented.
In the last two days, most of Afghanistan’s provinces have witnessed heavy rains, hailstones and snowfalls.
