128 Arrested On-Charge of Crimes in Nangarhar

JALALABAD (BNA) The local provincial police of Nangarhar says they have arrested about 128 people in the province on charges of committing crimes in recent days.

The detainees are charged with robbery, murder, kidnapping, counterfeit, and moral disorder.

Mawlavi Mohammad Tahir Mobariz in charge of the Nangarhar police department said the criminals had been detained during several operations and police inspections from the city and a number of Nangarhar districts.

He said weapons, drugs, and stolen properties have been seized from the detainees.

The dossier of the suspects has been sent to the judiciary for further persecutions, according to him.
