Nearly 800,000 Locals in Baghlan Need Humanitarian Aid

Bakhtar news agency reported on Thursday quoting a UN High Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs saying that according to a recent survey of the current humanitarian situation in this province, more than 800,000 people are in dire need of humanitarian assistance.
