25 Arrested in MoI Operations

KABUL (BNA) During operations launched in Parwan, Kunduz, Herat, Farah, and Sar-e-Pul provinces, the Islamic Emirate’s forces arrested 25 people on criminal charges of murder, robbery, and gambling, Interior Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said in a statement that it had sent the dossier of the suspects to the judiciary after an introductory inquiry.

The ministry said that during the operation, security forces seized three M16 weapons and a number of ammunition and military equipment in Paktia province.
