In three separate traps, the National Resistance Front commandos have killed more than 20 Taliban fighters in Panjshir province, sources reported on Tuesday.
These Taliban rebels were killed in Dara, Hese Awal, and Rukha districts on Monday, according to sources.
Sources have added that the fighters were ambushed when they attempted to attack the NRF’s bases.
Yesterday evening, it was also reported the clashes had taken place between the Resistance Front and the Taliban in a number of Panjshir districts.
