It is reported that clashes have intensified between the National Resistance Front forces and the Taliban fighters in Rokha district of Panjshir province.
The fierce clashes started today at around 9:00 AM in one of the areas of Rokha district.
It is said that the fights began when the Taliban attacked the Resistance’s bases in the area.
Sources report that casualties are inflicted on both sides; however, the accurate number is not yet reported.
In another clash, the Resistance Front forces and Taliban opened fire on one another in the Astana area of the province yesterday, in which 15 Taliban fighters were killed.
