Helmand Mines & Petroleum Revenue up 

HELMAND (BNA) Helmand Mines and petroleum director said on Saturday in the last two months the chairmanship of the province collected revenue of 90 million Afghanis which has been deposited into the government account.

Head of Mines and petroleum of the province Mawlavi Mohammad Azim Masrori told BNA the department has boosted a significant increase in revenue over the past year.

In the last two months they collect 90 million Afghans in revenue and deposited it into the government account, He added.

Transparency in revenue collection and prevention of corruption resulted in a good deed revenue increase in the country, officials believe.
