Mortar shell Killed Two-Child in Kunduz

KUNDUZ (BNA) On Friday Two children were killed and five others were injured when a mortar shell detonated while they were playing with it in Kunduz province.

Kunduz security Spokesman Hafiz Obaidullah Abid told BNA as result two children were killed and five others wounded while they were playing with the mortar shell.

Mutiullah Rohani, head of the information and culture department of Kunduz, said the mortar rounded detonated in Chardara district.

He said the bullet was a remnant of past long years of wars.
