Taliban Rebels Shot Dead Two Civilians in Badakhshan Province

Kabul – Local sources in Badakhshan province have confirmed that the Taliban fighters have shot dead two civilians in Karan Wa Manjan district of the province.

Sources told Hasht-e Subh on Monday that they are killed in the village of Anjman in the district.

According to sources, they were martyred for criticizing the Taliban regime and the group’s inappropriate behavior with the local people.

Local Taliban members in Badakhshan have not commented on the incident.

As the clashes have escalated in some provinces of the country, the Taliban rebels have reportedly martyred many innocent civilians for baseless affiliation with the National Resistance Front in recent days.
