Ministry of Higher Education in Taliban’s control has issued a letter to higher educational institutions instructing them to avoid arranging co-conferences.
The letter further states that female students and graduates are also not allowed to participate in programs led by men, and has instructed that all public and private universities should arrange graduation ceremonies separately for male and female students.
Posting the graduation economies’ pictures and videos on social media are strongly prohibited.
The ministry had previously banned appearance and interviews of professors and students on the media.
