Rina Amiri, U.S. Top Envoy for Afghan Women: Calls on OIC Members to Focus on Women’s Active Participation in All Sectors in Afghanistan

Kabul – Today is the second day of the 48th round of OIC summit being held in Islamabad, Pakistan. On this occasion, Rina Amiri, the US special envoy for Afghan women, has called on OIC members to focus on human rights, especially women’s active and meaningful participation in public and private sectors in Afghanistan.

Ms. Amiri has emphasized that the members of OIC summit in Islamabad should mobilize more lasting and affirmative in addition to Afghanistan Humanitarian Aid Safe Deposit Box initiation.

Pakistan hosts the 48th round of the OIC Summit of Foreign Ministers of Islamic countries where the Acting Foreign Minister of Taliban is missing.
