Kabul – Local sources in Nimruz province have reported that a gunman has killed a young man named Farahuddin in his shop.
A source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told Hasht-e Subh that the incident took place at around 12:00 on Thursday, March 17.
The source added that the local residents have arrested the murderer on the spot and handed him over to Taliban local forces in the province.
The motive behind the incident is not clear, but recently similar cases of mysterious murders have increased drastically and Taliban have failed to in place rule of law and ensure the security of the citizens. On daily bases, dozens of murders, killings, and violations are being reported in most cases Taliban’s local militants are either involved in the case or are not responsive to the media and public.
