Turkish Humanitarian Aid Arrives in Afghanistan

Kabul – The second Turkish humanitarian aid with a load of 920 tons arrived in Herat province.

Local Herat media reported, the cargo arrived in Afghanistan through the Turgundi crossing on the Turkmen border.

According to the media, Sinan Elhan, Turkish Consul General in Herat, Turkish Red Crescent authorities, and Afghan officials attended the aid handover ceremony.

Meanwhile, the donations were collected in coordination with the Unexpected Events Organization and with the support of 16 Turkish charities.

It is said that the aid includes, foodstuff, cloth, blanket, Hygienic kits, and sanitizer.
