Former vice president, Amrullah Saleh, said that Haqqani network resorting to direct and indirect pressure has suppressed access of certain communities and constituencies to humanitarian assistance.
He said that few days ago delivered the voices of some representatives of counties to the UN that Taliban fighters had told them to seek help from resistance, saying, “your time is over.”
According to him these incidents have taken place in Khair Khāna in Kabul, koh Daman in Parwan and certain areas in Kapisa.
He called on the UN not to allow discrimination and bigotry of militias of Taliban to block the access of people to humanitarian aid.
According to Saleh, NGOs are reluctant to provide such reports because of their immunity.
Former vice president added that the continuation of this process will lead to a severe and unpredictable social reaction.
