2 Soldiers, 3 Civilians Killed in Kapisa

Kabul – Two military personnel and three other civilians have been killed in an attack by unidentified men on a car carrying relatives of a former commander, Habib Afghan, officials in Kabul confirm.

“The incident took place two nights ago in the Jamal Agha area of the district of Kapisa on February 14,” tweeted Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the acting government.

According to Mujahid, two people have been arrested in connection with the incident, and an investigation is underway.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.

Meanwhile, criminal crimes, as well as attacks on military personnel, have increased again recently.
