Kabul – Pakistani Al-Khidmat charity foundation has shipped 31 lorries of foodstuff and winter goods to the country.
According to Pakistani media, 31 trucks of Al-Khidmat foundation are crossing the Torkham border carrying 341 tons of foodstuff and winter goods.
The Pakistan-Afghanistan Cooperation Association has made arrangements to send aid to Kabul, according to media reports.
Meanwhile, several Pakistani aid groups have previously been involved in the distribution of humanitarian aid in the country.
Al-Khidmat foundation is a non-governmental organization that manages welfare organizations in many parts of Pakistan.
The foundation was formerly known as the Jamaat-e-Islami’s Pakistan office.
