Kabul – A son and a bodyguard of Engineer Mohammad Khan, the former deputy of chief executive, have been killed and his wife has been injured in an attack by unidentified gunmen on his home, according to a source close to him.
The source told Hasht-e Subh that unknown gunmen attacked Mohammad Khan’s house at around 2:00 AM on Friday night, February 11.
Other sources, including Dr. Abdullah, the chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation, confirmed the incident as well.
So far, no group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.
However, security officials in Kabul attributed the clash to family disputes.
