Kabul – Kunduz Refugees Directorate officials say the process of distributing food and hygiene items to more than 1,000 affected families has begun in the province.
“1,050 families in need and affected by the civil war received food and medical supplies in the center and districts of Kunduz,” Abdul Wali Mohammadi, director of Kunduz Refugees and Repatriation Affairs, told Hasht-e Subh today (Sunday, February 6).
According to him, the aid includes flour, rice, oil, chickpeas, sugar, salt, and a health package worth 7,600 afghanis.
Moreover, he added that the aid was distributed by the Humanitarian Aid Coordination Office (OCHR) in coordination with the Kunduz Department of Refugees.
