Kabul (BNA) Radio “Hareem Zan” resumed its activities After a six-month daily, in the city of Faizabad yesterday, the capital of Badakhshan province in northern Afghanistan.
According to BNA, at the reopening ceremony of the radio, the director of information and culture in Badakhshan said: “He praises and always supports the activities of the media that do not contradict religious rites.”
officials of Islamic Emirate say the media must operate “in a healthy and real manner” within the legal framework they have announced to the media.
Zahbiullah mujahid, spokesman of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan said the media should operate in a healthy manner under the Media Law.
Since the collapse of previous government many media closed their activity due to financial problems but by days several resumed their broadcasting without any prevention.
