Four Taliban and One NRF Forces Killed in Baghlan

Kabul – Taliban have carried out aggressive attacks from several points on the strongholds of the National Resistance Front (NRF) in Baghlan province, local sources say.

According to the sources, clashes are currently taking place among Taliban and (NRF) forces in Darah Charkh-e-Falak village of Khost Farang district of Baghlan province.

During the clashes, four Taliban forces and one Resistance Front member were killed and another was wounded in the attack, sources told Hasht-e Subh today (Monday, January 24).

In the meantime, sources also claim that Taliban forces have taken local people hostage to prevent the (NRF) from advancing.

Meanwhile, with repeated calls, local Taliban officials in Baghlan have not yet commented about the attacks.
