Do Not Wear Military Uniforms, Says Taliban to Faryab Residents

Kabul – Local Taliban officials in Faryab province have instructed residents to refrain from wearing military uniforms.

The order was issued on December 12, which states that in order to ensure the safety of citizens, it requires civilians to refrain from wearing military uniforms and to prevent from driving black glass vehicles.

In addition, the local Taliban government in Faryab has insisted that no one is allowed to use the points except their troops, warning that offenders will be prosecuted.

In recent days, there have been allegations that many people are stealing by abusing the Taliban’s name, which has also been confirmed by the Taliban, who have said they will stop such acts.
