Spokesperson of the ministry Abdul Qahar Balkhi in a Twitter post said Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanekzai met with the Turkish ambassador to Kabul Cihad Erginay on Wednesday 8.
Both discussed historic bilateral relations and expressed hopes for strengthening the relations.
“Turkish ambassador to Kabul expressed gratitude for the better security situation in Afghanistan and pledged humanitarian aids to the country.” Reads a Twitter post.
In the meantime, Deputy Foreign Minister thanked the Turkish envoy for his country’s cooperation and aids and assured him of further cooperation in the country.
Stanekzai also added to get united as two Islamic and brother nations.
