The Secretary-General had a phone call with H.E. Mr. Pedro Sánchez, President of the Government of Spain.
 
The Secretary-General and the President of the Government exchanged views on regional developments related to the war in Ukraine and efforts to address the humanitarian needs in the country and the global food crisis.
 
They also discussed Spain’s support to the United Nations efforts in the area of counter-terrorism.
